Official Rules for DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDING Giveaway

No purchase necessary to win or to participate.

ENTRIES: To enter the DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDING Giveaway (the "Giveaway"); visit the Derksen Portable Building Booth located in the LP Field South End Zone Concession Area Concourse (the” Booth”) with a completed entry form or write your name, phone number and address on a 3x5 card and mail it to LP DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDING Giveaway, C/O Leigh Smith, 414 Union Street, Suite 2000, Nashville, TN 37219. The in-stadium Giveaway begins at 11:01 a.m. Central Time ("CDT") on October 24, 2010 and ends at the completion of the Tennessee Titans football game on October 24, 2010. All mail in entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on November 3, 2010. Louisiana-Pacific Corporation ("LP") ("Sponsor”) and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or unintelligible entries. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by any person to submit multiple entries will void all entries submitted and that person will be disqualified. Electronic or facsimile entries will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open to legal US residents residing in Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time the entry is submitted. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of LP, DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDINGS and their affiliates, sales representatives, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion, Tennessee Football, Inc, Cumberland Stadium, Inc, Cumberland Promotional Enterprises, LLC, and the immediate family and household of all such individuals, are NOT eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Entrants to the Giveaway will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from LP and DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDINGS; however, eligibility to participate in the Giveaway is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. You need not be present at the drawings to win.

DRAWING: There will be one Random Drawing from among all eligible entries received. All entries must be received by completion of the Tennessee Titans football game on October 24, 2010 or via mail by November 3, 2010. The drawing will occur on or about November 4, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Prize: A 10ft by 16 ft DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDING utility shed. The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the drawing. Prize includes shed, loading and delivery to a location within fifty (50) miles of LP Field. (Approximate Retail Value "A.R.V." $2895). Actual value of prize may vary based on market fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded in any form. Dollar amounts are expressed in U.S. currency. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsors' sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the Prize if any, including but not limited to out of area delivery fees, site preparation, foundation construction, shed painting, maintenance, permits, notices, zoning or other matters are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any other costs incurred by the winner to accept the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNERS: The potential Prize winner will be selected in a random daily drawing by Sponsor on or about November 4, 2010. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway will be binding and final. The Prize winner will be notified by phone, overnight, express delivery or mail to the number/address indicated on the entry. If any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the original winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected from among the eligible entrants. A potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and mutually acceptable liability and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after the conclusion of the Giveaway or prizes will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner. Award of prizes and confirmation of winners is contingent upon the potential winner’s qualification and compliance with all Official Rules. Alternate winners, if needed, will be selected in a similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. The Prize will be shipped 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the Giveaway, timing dependant on coordination with winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice and/or biographical data in any medium for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation or consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Giveaway. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors; Tennessee Football, Inc, Cumberland Stadium, Inc., Cumberland Promotional Enterprises, LLC, DERKSEN PORTABLE BUILDINGS, Inc and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations harmless from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of prizes. If the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Giveaway, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Giveaway is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Giveaway as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of the Sponsor and are not returnable.
